The Dodgers are on their way to the play offs for the ninth year in a row but their title may be on the brink with the Clayton Kershaw injury. Navigating the finals season for the first time without Kershaw since 2006 may be an insurmountable hurdle being as he is their MVP and a certain hall of famer. Suffering an elbow/forearm injury whilst pitching in the game against the Milwaukee Brewers Kershaw has said he will do all in his power to be right during the games in October and his stats this season include finishes 10-8 with a 3.55 ERA, and 144 strikeouts in 121⅔ innings.
"I just wanted to be a part of this team going through October, this team is special. I know we're going to do something special…Chances are it's not looking great for October." @ClaytonKersh22 with @kirsten_watson on the emotions he felt after exiting tonight's game. pic.twitter.com/WOSQByg962
