Lionel Messi Not To Return to La Liga

Argentine Lionel Messi ends his playing days with the only club the legend has played with FC Barcelona.  The attacker was prepared to sign a 5 year deal with the club at 50% of his previous package but could just not be done under the Spanish Liga Regulations. Paris Saint-Germain and Manchester City seem to be the most likely clubs to be able to meet his salary requirements and allow them to snare arguably the greatest player at this time.
